For the 14th consecutive year, Chevrolet will continue its commitment to the fight against breast cancer by supporting the American Cancer Society’s (ACS) ‘Making Strides Against Breast Cancer’ initiative.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Chevrolet will bring back the specially themed pink Chevrolet Camaro SS as the official pace car for the upcoming NASCAR Cup Series races at Talladega Superspeedway and Homestead-Miami Speedway.
In 2024, the pink Chevrolet Camaro SS pace car will do more than just lead NASCAR’s premier series under caution. For every caution lap completed in each participating race, Chevrolet will donate $350 (up to $50,000) to the ‘Making Strides Against Breast Cancer’ initiative. Additionally, Chevrolet will give a group of breast cancer survivors and caregivers a once-in-a-lifetime experience at each race.
The pink Chevrolet Camaro SS makes its first on-track appearance of the season at Talladega Superspeedway, serving as the pace car for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race.
