The Balogun and Opegbemi families of Dallas literally did not spare any details to ensure that the holy wedlock between their children, Tola and Dapo, was one to be remembered for a real long time. Opulently designed and decorated event centers hosted the 2-day event. The Las Lamas banquet hall in the Irving mall played host to the traditional engagement ceremony which featured a diverse group of family and friends, many arriving from distant locations.
Day 2 featured the solemnization of holy matrimony at the Calvary Church in Irving Texas which was followed by a grand reception and banquet at the all new SLPS event center also in Irving, Texas. Parents of the newly wed showed emotions at times while generally expressing joy to the success of the nuptial. Guests in attendance at the banquet were treated to a four-lane buffet featuring indigenous African cuisine and continental platter.CLICK HERE FOR MORE PHOTOS
