Afrotainment TV to broadcast African Soccer in North America

The network delivering the best African home entertainment in North America, announced today that it has reached a multi-year agreement with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for the media rights to CAF’s annual competitions

AFROTAINMENT will televise an African soccer game every day at 10:00 pm EST on weekdays and at 3:00 pm EST. on weekend. African Football competition telecasts will mark the premiere in North America of regular broadcasting of African Soccer to the highly coveted African football fans.

With AFROTAINMENT committing to showcasing the talent of African football players for the first time on a regular basis in North America, this represents not only a milestone for the Afrotainment Family of Channels but an opportunity to engage a passionate and diverse audience,” said Yves Bollanga, General Manager of the Afrotainment Family of Channels. 

Drawing on the extreme popularity of football among Africans and Caribbeans living in North Americas, AFROTAINMENT will also offer AfroSport, the first and only African football dedicated magazine in North America, giving viewers a glimpse of rising African football stars, games highlights, teams and competitions.

The AFROTAINMENT Family of channels is a network of television channels in North America dedicated to broadcast the best African Movies, Series, Realities, Comedies, Music and soccer for the highly coveted African Diaspora in the USA. The AFROTAINMENT Family of channels includes:
