HOUSTON – Just after a string of successful shows, the Yahoozee exponent Olu Maintain’s USA tour still continues to thrill excited fans. The 2009 Nigerian Reunion hosted by the Nigerian Reunion Organization was one of a kind. The event commenced with a kickoff party (The Prequel) hosted at Cloud 9 on Thursday night.
The fashion show (For the love of Fashion) hosted by America’s next top model Josyln Pennywell and a slew of other artists and celebrities took place on Friday at Ayva Center. The fashion show was fashionably glazed with the presence of Olu Maintain, his Manager (Junior Edewor) and the entire Kentro crew (Folarin Kentro Flo, Nathan Bondo, & DJfreaky).
Other designers at the show included Afrik Couture, House of versatile styles, village girls, positive, and Krystal Cobb. The Saturday Concert which started off at the University of Houston’s Houston Room was later re-routed to Cloud 9, which embraced a super electrifying audience, and the performance was just one of a kind “Energetic and Exciting”. Olu Maintain is said to be excited about the forthcoming Dubai video recording of his latest hit song, “Arab Money”.
