Top honors for the 135th Street Agency

The 135th Street Agency has received an “EMMA” awards (Excellence in Multi-Cultural Marketing Awards) by the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC). The firm was awarded for marketing tactics in the print and digital categories for campaigns with OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network’s (Tyler Perry’s “The Haves and the Have Nots” and “Love Thy Neighbor”) and BET (“The Game” Superfan contest).

The EMMA Awards ceremony took place October 9 at NAMIC’s 27th Annual Conference at the New York Marriott Marquis. Founded in 2005, the 135th Street Agency is a marketing and strategic communications company based in New York City and Atlanta that specializes in campaigns targeting youth consumers and business professionals.
