Ruger a popular Nigerian artist has just released a 17-track album today September 1st. The Grammy-winning Kenyan superstar trio Sauti Sol, the Jamaican-British rapper Stefflon Don, the Dancehall sensation Projexx, the music production collective Jugglerz, and the singer Govanna all make cameo appearances on the album’s 17 tracks.
Two songs from the album ‘Asiwaju’ and ‘Red Flags’ which were released last year during the same time frame have over 200 million streams and 40 million streams respectively.
Since 2021 the fast-rising star has been dropping hits and selling out shows both inside and outside Africa. Ruger is ready to give the world hits but are we ready for him? I guess his new album will decide that.
Ruger is scheduled to start his first UK tour once the album is released, where he will dazzle audiences with his stage presence and a variety of hit tracks.
