FORT WORTH – The commencement ceremony for degree awardees at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary was exemplary to say the least. Two hundred and five graduates had gathered for an early roll call as family and friends arrived the Travis Avenue Baptist Church.
Nosakhare Oyegun had arrived on schedule and was conferred with a Masters of Arts degree in Christian Education, a course she had steadily devoted her selfless efforts in the past three years.
Nosa, as she is fondly referred to, towered amongst her peers as she climbed the podium to receive her degree amidst cheers from family and friends who had come to witness the historic occasion. Her Mother arrived form Nigeria to be part of the proud day.
Guests of Nosa were later hosted to a private reception at the upscale BLUE MESA Grill in Fort Worth and were treated to Mexican Cuisine. In typical Nosa fashion, gifts were handed to guests who participated at the reception. Congratulations for the Achievement; NOSA.
