The 6th Annual Trendy Africa Magazine Mothers Appreciation Event – TAMMAE continued to achieve its objective at an opulent event held at the Radisson Hotel in Addison, Texas, thanks to the decor by event co-presenter; Yinka Babatunde of Royal Event Consulting. Honorees and guests in attendance experienced a hitch free and proactive event featuring musical renditions, fashion, health enlightenment and comedy. International comedian and event host; MCPC ensured laughter and numerous interactive sessions.
Solo renditions by sensational Bumie Dada, Saxophonist Seyi Alesh, and DJ Sherry Shay added panache to the ambiance. Blokes N Divas fashion House hosted an eight piece fashion show. Keynote speakers included Agnes Nkhata who spoke about a School project in Malawi and Dr. Abayomi Ajaji who enlightened guests on the medical condition; Endometriosis. Mega Catering Services and Tastee Bites ensured that attendees remained energized with tasty canapes.
MEET the HONOREES
Olubisi Kuye: Mrs. Bisi Kuye is the co-Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House on the Rock, Grand Prairie Texas. She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees; one in Urban and Regional Planning from OAU Nigeria and the other in Nursing from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls.
Olayide Ropotusin: Pastor Olayide Ropotusin was ordained as an Assistant Pastor in 2003 and became a Full Pastor in 2008. She is a teacher and an intercessor at heart. She thrives in the ministry of hospitality and caters to the spiritual, emotional and psychosocial needs of women.
Tola Ajayi: Mrs. Tola Ajayi is the Clinic Manager at Nordica Fertility Centre Lagos, one of the Leading IVF Centres in Nigeria. The centre is affiliated with Nordica, Denmark. Since its inception in 2003 the centre has expanded into three major cities in Nigeria; providing a range of assisted reproduction services across the nation.
IKAY ABURIME: Ikay Aburime started her Real Estate office Targetcost Realty in 2001. Her passion is to support sustainable home ownership and encourage real & tangible investments.
