Once a beauty Queen, always a beauty as was personified during the 60th Birthday Celebration in honor of Council Woman Belema Ipaye. She looked stunning in company of her family and friends. The birthday activities commenced with a thanksgiving service at First African Baptist Church, Fort Worth which was followed by a reception at Forest Hill Convention Center, Texas. Honorable Sheyi Ipaye; the celebrants husband, described his Wife as a dedicated mother who is very passionate at all she does especially in the teaching profession. He also mentioned that she is the first elected Nigerian Born Council Woman in Texas.
