She’s had over 50 Grammy nominations, received 17 Grammys and is set to add more to her growing list of Grammys. Her six nominations include Album of the Year in two separate categories. There’s also Best R&B performance, Best Surround Sound Album and Best R&B song for the single “Drunk in Love” which has already sold more than 1 million copies.

Despite fierce competition in recent years from the likes of Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga, Ciara, Katy Perry and Rihanna, the Bootylicious singer is certainly the reigning queen of contemporary music. Quincy Jones still holds the record for the most nominations in history with 79, followed by composer Georg Solti and Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z who was also nominated.

Other nominees include Angelique Kidjo in the World Music category, Pharrell Williams, Eminem, Toni Braxton, Babyface, Iggy Azalea, Drake and Usher. Sean Paul, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, Ziggy Marley and Shaggy will vie for Best Reggae Album. The 57th Annual Grammy Awards will be handed out on Sunday Feb. 8, 2015, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and broadcast live on CBS from 8 – 11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
