New York – On Saturday, July 28, 2012, the Empire State Building will shine its iconic tower lights in green and white on the east side of the building to honor Nigeria’s participation. This is a symbolic gesture to celebrate nations competing in London by illuminating each of the four sides of its famed tower lights – north, south, east and west – in the colors of participating countries’ flags.
