Lagos – For Julia Fortune (Julia Oyefunke Fagbenro), her post breast cancer diagnosis experience could only be best described in her new book; “Chronicles of a Cancer Survivor”. A mother of six children, Julia has survived breast cancer since 2007. As a current volunteer legislative ambassador for the Americn Cancer Society, USA, Julia is not only advocating for herself through her book but also empowering and advocating for others.

Special gust of honor; H.E Mrs. Orelope Adejoke-Adefulire, Deputy Governor of Lagos State, called on all women and men to carry out periodic health checks which ultimately reduces the risk of untimely death. The book launch was also attended by other special guests including Chief Chris Ogunbanjo (OFR, CON), Mr. Remi Olowude, Pastor Ghandi Olaoye and MC Mr. Patrick Doyle.
