Dallas – The Director of Cross-Cultural Empowerment of Bakke Graduate School; Prof. Kathy Dudley hosted a meet and greet session just after the filming of the synopsis of her dissertation in Dallas, Texas. The session generally introduced the public to programs that are offered by the University of which includes; Doctor of Ministry (DMin), Master of Arts in Global Urban Leadership (MAGUL), Master of Arts in Social and Civic Entrepreneurship (MASCE) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Bakke Graduate University (BGU) was founded in 1990 by Overlake Christian Church in Seattle, Washington. A crisis in leadership at Overlake Christian Church in 1998 created the need for the school to have a new vision and ownership. The new Sr. Pastor, Rick Kingham, sought to find a group of owners for the school, who could expand its vision to include greater student diversity and a broader mission.
Today, Bakke Graduate University is a cutting-edge leader in developing a new model for educating leaders in business, urban studies and Christian theology, with students and faculty from over 40 nations and courses held on 5 continents.
