Teamwork Services delivers impeccable allied healthcare education

Teamwork Services is an allied health career school established in with the purpose of providing quality training to students in preparation for entry-level employment in health care services. Programs offered provide the theoretical, laboratory and clinical skills needed, integrated with employability skills to formulate a well-rounded training. Teamwork Services has been training and educating the DFW community since 2002. The facility is licensed by; Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Department of Aging and Disability Agency, Texas Board of Nursing, and National Healthcare Association.

The training facility and the administrative office occupy a brick building about 5000 square foot at the Plaza 303 shopping complex in Grand Prairie.  For skill training, the school provides an equipped simulated laboratory with patient care area on site for all training programs. The program’s clinical classes take place in healthcare facilities within the DFW area and surrounding communities. Teamwork Services provides various teaching tools during the course. The classrooms are equipped with TV, DVD, projectors, mark-a-lot boards and medical charts. The simulated laboratory is equipped with medical equipment required to practice and refine skills, which includes hospital beds, walker, wheelchair, shower chair, medication cart, simulated manikins etc.  The Computer laboratory is equipped with computers and resources to help student in test taking skills, review questions in preparation for board exams.  Teamwork uses easy to read materials for students learning.

The school recently hosted it’s bi-annual ‘Mingle Day’. The day is set aside to allow prospective students with their family and friends to come interact with current students and to see what the school is all about.  The current students encourage and tell the interested prospective about what to expect in the nursing program, challenges they have faced as student and how they overcame it. Our alumni are also present to advise the prospective students about the career step they are about to take. The mingle day is done twice a year.
