Dallas, TX – I hope I am not the only one with this description but the birthday “girl” surely looks gorgeous and fabulous at 50! Mrs. Folu Adeyeye would not even fall into the trap of a surprise party that had earlier been conceived by her husband and children. Smart as she is, she figured out that all the restaurant meetings without any “take homes” was not consistent.
The 50th birthday celebrations commenced with a thanksgiving service which was officiated by Rev. Wisdom Asita, Rev. Ezekiel Ogunniran, Rev. James Adeyeye and Rev. (Dr.) Johnson Omoni. The celebrants children; Dr. Adenike Adeyeye, Ms. Lola Adeyeye and Mr. Tola Adeyeye all participated actively in both the thanksgiving service and the grand reception that followed.
With great music supplied by resident DJ Kebe, guests were kept on the dance floor for hours and even after the music had stopped, some guests stayed on probably to catch their breath. The celebration was full of fun and jokes supplied Mr. Olufemi Oyegunle and Engr. Moronfola. The cake cutting session was officiated by long time family friend, Mrs. Lillian Ibrahim.
