Arlington, TX – The Abu family in Dallas hosted family and friends to the wake keeping event of their late father and grand father; Mallam Audu Garuba Abu who passed onto eternal glory in Nigeria. At 97, Mallam Abu lived a life worthy of celebration. In the vote of thanks given by Baba Usman Abu, he described his father as a great family man full of wisdom, kindness and love. Associations represented at the wake keeping include Weppa Uwano Union and USAGBE Club of Nigeria amongst others.
