President Obama hosts Singapore Prime Minister at the White House

President Barack Obama hosted Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his wife, Ho Ching at the 12th state dinner of his administration at the White House. The black-tie affair marked the 50th anniversary of bilateral relations between the U.S. and the city-state, which Obama refers to as an anchor for the U.S. presence in Southeast Asia.
