Washington, DC – Jason Wu was the choice designer for First lady Michelle Obama at the 2013 inauguration ball. The ruby-colored chiffon and velvet dress looked radiant on the first Lady as she danced with President Barack Obama to the live rendition of Al Greens “Let’s Stay together” by award Winning Artist Jennifer Hudson.
She paired the dress with a handmade diamond embellished ring by jewelry designer Kimberly McDonald, and shoes designed by Jimmy Choo. At the end of the inaugural festivities, the first lady’s outfit and accompanying accessories will go to the National Archives.
