A delegation of members of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) recently visited Dallas under the US Democratic Immersion Program. ALGON National President, Hon. Nwabueze Okafor commended the African Liaison officer of the City of Dallas; Regina Onyeibe for organizing the visit. The US Democratic Immersion Program is designed to expose delegates from around the world to the federal system of government in the United States of America. The attached video captures the high-level events and activities that the delegates from Nigeria, West Africa experienced during their US Democratic Immersion experience within the City of Dallas.
