The 14th annual DanceAfrica Festival & Marketplace, hosted by Dallas Black Dance Theatre, held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 10:00am-3:00pm at Annette Strauss Square in the Dallas Arts District. The festival was a fun-filled family atmosphere that included a global marketplace, as well as mainstage performances and kid-friendly activities.
Trendy Africa Magazine in collaboration with Dallas International Fashion hosted ‘African Fashion Experience IV’, a runway showcase of indigenous and authentic fashion apparels. In its fourth hosting, the 2019 edition featured wax prints, Ankara and custom-made jewelries.
Trendy Africa Magazine is also an official media sponsor of Dallas Black Dance Theatre.
